The filtration process is one of the key production elements occurring in the food industry. Its primary task is to remove unwanted particulates from final products or raw materials used in the manufacturing process.
One of the primary physical hazards to food products is metal residues, which must be eliminated as effectively as possible. Solutions that guarantee the removal of this type of contamination are magnetic filters. The advantage of this type of filter is its simple design and reliable operation. We provide our customers with reliable magnetic filters for filtering chocolate and fatty masses to capture metallic impurities. Magnetic rollers with varying degrees of magnetic induction provide full process control, as do mesh inserts with varying MESH values. The design of the filters allows for easy access to and reassembly of components that require cleaning.
In dedicated solutions, we use pressure measurements upstream and downstream of the filter to determine when the filter needs to be cleaned. The filters work up to a maximum of 10,000 Gs. Such solutions allow precision control of the production process in the context of food safety for the consumer, and thus meet HACCP requirements for monitoring critical control points.
