Shell and tube heat exchangers

Our offer includes shell and tube heat exchangers, which are widely used in heat exchange processes carried out in the food, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.

The basis of the design of this exchanger is a bundle of thin-wall tubes welded to the tube sheet. The number and diameter of the tubes are parameters closely related to each other by the criterion of the fluid flow rate in the tubes.

At Abble Group, we design and manufacture shell and tube heat exchangers for maximum thermal process efficiency and trouble-free operation in demanding industrial environments. Each exchanger is created on the basis of individual process parameters – we take into account the type of medium, operating pressure, temperature and the required heat capacity. As a result, our solutions guarantee optimal heat transfer, minimal energy loss and long device life. All components are made from high-grade AISI 304 or 316 steel, which ensures corrosion resistance and compliance with the strict hygiene standards of the food, pharmaceutical and cosmetic industries.

ABBLE Group

Using the experience of our engineers and modern welding techniques, we ensure precise workmanship and full structural integrity. Each exchanger undergoes detailed pressure and quality tests before delivery to the customer, which guarantees its reliability in long-term operation. Depending on your needs, we also offer versions equipped with heating jackets, thermal insulation, temperature sensors and connections to CIP systems. Thanks to our flexible design approach, we are able to provide both standard models and solutions fully personalized for a specific technological process.
