We make large-scale platforms in the form of segments at our manufacturing plant, where they are then assembled on site. This approach ensures that the time required for final installation and the associated inconvenience to the operation of production processes is minimized.
Our platforms are not only utilitarian structures, but first and foremost elements that ensure ergonomics, safety and continuity of work in production facilities. We design them based on accurate measurements and 3D modeling, which allows us to perfectly fit the structure to the customer's space and equipment. Depending on the specifics of the plant, we use different types of anti-slip surfaces, safety barriers and communication systems between levels. As a result, our projects not only meet the requirements of health, safety and HACCP, but also ensure the comfort and efficiency of the operators' daily work.
We treat each project individually – from lightweight service structures to elaborate multi-level systems integrated into production lines. Prefabrication in our shop reduces on-site assembly time and plant downtime. We use AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel, guaranteeing durability, corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. Our platforms are distinguished by their aesthetically pleasing finish, precision workmanship and modular design, which allows for easy expansion or adaptation to new technological processes.
PLATFORMS They must meet a number of health and safety regulations that must be considered in the design and construction process. We manufacture platforms according to designs provided by our clients and according to our own designs.
