Skids are modular (mounted on frames) complete installations equipped with tanks, pumps, valve systems, automation and electrical components, as well as other instrumentation required to carry out the production process. Individual skid modules connected together can form a complete process line.
Our skids are created based on the individual needs of the customer – from the concept and design stage, to prefabrication, FAT testing and final assembly. Thanks to its modular design and precisely tailored components, each installation can be easily integrated into existing production infrastructure. We use AISI 304 and 316 stainless steel, ensuring superior corrosion resistance and compliance with the stringent hygiene standards required in the food, beverage, cosmetic and pharmaceutical industries.
Each skid is designed with maximum functionality and safety of use in mind. We equip our modules with automation systems, process control units, valves, pumps, sensors and filtration systems. Such a solution allows full control over the production process and makes it easier to service the equipment. Thanks to the compact design and prefabrication in our assembly floor, we reduce installation time at the customer's site, minimizing production downtime and the risk of installation errors.
All our welders have several years of experience and possess all the necessary certificates and qualifications.
Since 2011, we have focused exclusively on TIG welding, continuously developing our skills and expertise.
