We specialize in the selection and construction of transfer systems for liquid and bulk products, which are an essential component of process lines.

With our in-house production floor, we can prepare prefabricated elements of transmission installations before their final assembly at customers' sites, thus reducing the installation time to the necessary minimum. We offer prefabrication and installation of pipelines in all available pipe diameters made of AISI 304 and AISI 316 steel, as well as their insulation with materials selected for a given technological process. We equip our transmission systems as needed with pump systems, valves, flow meters and other process parameter sensors, as well as our filtration systems.

We design our product transfer systems with the highest standards of process safety, hygiene and reliability in mind. Each installation is preceded by a detailed analysis of the customer's technology and production conditions, which allows us to select the optimal type of pipelines, fittings and process automation. We offer a comprehensive service – from 3D design to prefabrication to installation and commissioning. As a result, our customers receive ready-to-go systems that guarantee flow stability, dosing precision and easy cleaning.

By implementing modern design solutions, we focus on maximum transmission efficiency and minimizing product loss. Our systems are prepared for both continuous and batch operation, and can be integrated with CIP systems and plant’s master automation. We subject each system to leakage and performance tests to ensure full compliance with process requirements.
